What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be technical (necessary for operation) or analytics/profiling (which require consent). This site uses technical cookies and, only if you consent, analytics cookies.

Cookies we use

• NEXT_LOCALE — first-party technical cookie that remembers your chosen language (Italian/English). Duration: up to about one year. No consent required.
• Firebase authentication (restricted area only) — technical storage used only in the administration area (/admin) to keep administrators’ login session. It does not affect ordinary site visitors.
• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — only with consent — Google analytics cookies (Google Ireland Ltd) that measure, in aggregate, how the site is used: page views, source, device type. They are installed only after you accept the “Analytics” category; duration up to 2 years. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie preferences”.

Managing your consent

On your first visit we ask, via a banner, whether to enable analytics cookies: until you consent, no analytics cookie is installed and no data is sent to Google. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

What we don’t use

We use no profiling or advertising cookies, we do no behavioural advertising, and we install no third-party tracking pixels (social, advertising). Statistical analysis is performed only through Google Analytics and only after consent.

Third-party services

The Sofia voice agent (provider Retell AI) and the contact form (provider Resend) process data only when you actively use them; details are in the Privacy Policy.

How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that technical cookies are necessary for the site to work correctly: if you disable them, some features (such as remembering your language) may not work.
