Quieta works without registration. We don’t ask for your name, email, phone number, or password, and we don’t build a user profile. We have no servers that collect your personal data.

On-device data. Your session history, speed calibration, and preferences are stored solely on your iPhone. They stay on the device, are not transmitted to us or synced to the cloud, and we do not access them.

Anonymous statistics and diagnostics. To maintain and improve the app we collect aggregate, anonymous usage statistics and identifier-free crash diagnostics. These data contain no information that could identify you.

What we don’t collect. No location data; no access to your contacts, photos, or microphone for tracking purposes; no advertising identifiers.

Quieta contains no advertising trackers, shows no ads, and never sells or shares any data with third parties.

Quieta is a one-time purchase on the App Store. Payments and any refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment data.

The processing of anonymous statistics and aggregate diagnostics is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and improvement of the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because these data are anonymous and cannot identify you, we do not process personal data requiring your consent.

Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete the app. Aggregate anonymous statistics are not linked to you and are not retained in identifiable form.

You can remove all local data at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone: all stored data is erased with it.

Under the GDPR (Arts. 15-22) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Because we do not collect data that identifies you, we cannot link anonymous data to an individual; for any request you can still contact us at the address above.

The app’s data stays on your device and is not transferred. Any data processed by Apple in connection with the App Store is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Quieta is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If you believe the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. The last-updated date is shown at the bottom of the page.
